RETURN AND EXCHANGE
We've a 7 days Return and Replacement policy from the date of Delivery.
For any item to be returned or exchanged, following are the conditions:
- They must be in original condition
- They must be unused
- They must be in the original packaging
Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!
Please note the Non-returnable items:
- Items purchased under any discount;
- Items worth less than Rs.500/-
Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received, it'll get inspected. You will get an email regarding the receipt of your returned item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment method within stipulated time.
Exchanges (if applicable)
- We only replace defective or damaged items.
