Returns, Replacement and Refund Policy

We've a 2 days Return and Replacement Policy from the Date of Delivery.

Eligible Cases for Returns and Replacements

• Wrong Item Received : Unboxing Video is required
• Defective/Damaged Item : Unboxing Video is required

Conditions for return or exchange

• Item must be in original condition 
• Item must be unused
  
• Item must be in the original packaging with all the tags intact
• Item must not be broken/damaged 
• We will not entertain return and exchanges if informed any later than 2 days of delivery

Non-returnable items

Steps for Return-Replacement and Refund

     1. Place Return/Exchange Request :

        If you wish to return/exchange a piece, please send us a mail on info@artscrafted.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with following information:

• Order number
• Name(s) of the products you want to return/exchange
• Clear pictures of product(s)
• Parcel opening clear video in case of any faulty/broken product
• Reason of Return (Wrong/Defective/Damaged Item)

     2. Return :

• Once you receive confirmation for your return/exchange request approval, we will arrange the pickup.
• If no courier partner is available for pick-up, you may self-ship the product. A replacement will be issued upon receipt and inspection.
• You need to handover the product(s) you wish to return with all the original packaging / add-ons like extra locks for earrings / Tags / boxes along with Free gifts (if any)
  
• Refrain from disclosing the OTP to the pickup partner until the order has been officially handed over to them.
• The cost of Return shipping of the product (Rs125/-) will be borne by the customer.

     3. Refunds (if applicable)

• Once your return is received, it'll get inspected. You will get an email regarding the receipt of your returned item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If the return is approved, your refund is calculated, and will be initiated within 24 working hours, and a refund will automatically be applied to original method of payment within 7-10 working days.
• For COD orders, we'll issue Credit in the form of Coupon Code of the applicable refund value of the product(s). Refunds cannot be transferred to any other payment method.
• The coupon code is a one-time use code and can be applied only once. The coupon code has a 1-year validity from the date of issuance and can be used any time within the 1 year period for your purchase.
• For orders where the shipping charges were waived off as part of any offer, ₹125/- towards the shipping from our warehouse to the customer will be deducted along with Return Shipping charges while processing refund.
• Please note that Shipping Charges/Cash Handling charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

1. We offer exchange for all items on our website depending on availability.
   
2. The cost of shipping the product both ways will be borne by the customer.

Cancellation

1. The order can only be cancelled till these are shipped from our warehouse.
2. For COD orders, we will call/message you for order confirmation before shipping and these will be shipped only after your confirmation. Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded.
3. Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded in your original payment mode. (5% will be deducted for payment gateway charges)

Non-Acceptance of Pre-Paid orders

1. If you don't accept Prepaid order and it gets returned to our warehouse, please note that both way shipping charges plus 5% payment gateway charges will be deducted before refunding the amount.
2. The eligible amount will be refunded in the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
